材料: 大菜糕一両,西瓜4 -6磅,芒果2-4個,冰糖適量。(材料量可按食量、愛惡加減,一両大菜糕要10碗溶液)

做法:
1. 把西瓜切細片(下圖西瓜份量只用一半)。把芒果起肉切粒狀(下圖只用兩個芒果)。(備用)

2. 用攪拌機、搾汁機把西瓜打碎,份量是西瓜汁3碗,西瓜蓉2碗。(備用)

3. 用5碗水煑沸,下大菜糕,先煑溶大菜糕(呈稀糊狀)。

4. 放入西瓜汁與西瓜蓉,邊煑邊均勻攪拌,煑沸,下適量冰糖(西瓜已有甜味,冰糖不宜太多,要更清淡,可不加冰糖。)

5. 冰糖煑溶後,用湯匙把紅色泡沫隔掉,關掉火。

6. 待涼10分鐘,把芒果粒放下,略攪拌側可。

7. 再待涼5分鐘,倒入耐熱膠盒內。
8. 完全變涼後,封蓋放入雪櫃冰格兩小時則可(不用冰格要4小時以上才能變冰凍),取出切片或切粒,用义或牙簽吃。
